CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
In orders placed through the website in electronic format, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-notification form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other relevant legislation in relation to the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs related to the product.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer at the address within 30 days, without exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be complete and in compliance with the specifications specified in the order, and it must be delivered with accompanying documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.
In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of discovering this situation, and the total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE:
If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is considered canceled.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used without authorization by unauthorized individuals, and if the selling price of the product is not paid to the seller by the bank or the relevant financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the expense of the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If unforeseen reasons arise that prevent the delivery of the product on time, the buyer will be notified of this situation. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is overcome. If the buyer decides to cancel the order, the payment will be made in cash within 14 days if the payment is in cash. If the payment is made by credit card and the buyer cancels, the value of the product will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT INSPECTION:
The buyer must inspect the contracted product/service before receiving it; the buyer shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as breakage, tearing of the packaging, upon delivery from the shipping company. The received product/service will be deemed to be in good condition and intact. The buyer is required to carefully preserve the product/service after delivery. If there is an intention to use the right of withdrawal, the product/service should not be used, and the invoice should be attached when returning the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer can use the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the product within 14 days from the date of delivery without stating any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
The buyer begins to use the right of withdrawal if the purchased product is a service, within 14 days from the date of signing the contract. The buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal in service contracts whose performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period. The buyer must be aware of the withdrawal conditions when placing the order.
WITHDRAWAL ENTITLEMENTS:
The seller bears all costs related to the use of the right of withdrawal.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
When exercising the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, the seller is obliged to refund the total amount and deliver the mandatory documents to the buyer within a period not exceeding 10 days. If there is a decrease in the value of the product due to a mistake by the buyer or if it becomes impossible to return the product, the buyer must compensate the seller for damages.
The store is not obligated to accept the return of the product if the package is opened, but exceptions can be made based on the distance contracts regulation.
